A little insight into our menu.... 
Most of our meat products come from Complete Meats who are a family run business dedicated to supporting West Country farmers. All animals are free range and a local abattoir is used to avoid stressful journeys for the animals. 
The venison on this month’s menu is from just a few miles up the road in St.Giles in the Wood. 
All cheese products are from Hawkridge, Coldridge, Credition, quality dairy producer for over 30 years. 
All fish products are from Celtic Fish & Game, St.Ives, Cornwall who pride themselves in sourcing fresh fish from the north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall as well as being committed to sustainable fishing and responsible sourcing of seafood. 
Fruit + veg are from either Liv + Henry at Down Farm in Winkleigh, Jim at Higher Hacknell Farm in Burrington and Dart Fresh Produce, Marsh Barton Farm, Clyst St. George. 
Our delicious eggs are from a local farm just outside Roborough.
